Pre-Season coaches Meeting: Mon. Nov. 17, 2025 6:30pm @ CIAC. First year coaches must attend in person. All other coaches are strongly encourged to attend in person. A Zoom meeting link will be provided to coaches who are unable to attend
First Practice Date: Mon. Dec, 1, 2025
Body Fat Assessment: No earlier than Dec. 1, 2025 but required to be sumbitted to CIAC prior to first competition for any individiual wrestler
First Contest: Dec. 15, 2025 (team rosters must be updated in Flo and on CIAC website)
Last Date to Appeal Body Fat Assessment: Wed. Dec. 24 (no competition permitted prior to appeal)
Two Pound Growth Allowance: Dec. 25, 2025
Last Date to Count for Tournament: Feb. 15, 2026
Final Date to Enter/Correct Wrestler Results via Flo: Sun. Feb. 15, 2026 at 8:00pm
CIAC Tournment Rosters (including alternates) Due Online: Mon. Feb. 16, 2026 8:00pm (may enter rosters as early as Feb. 9, 2026. Failure to enter on time results in fines and athletes missing from tournament apparel.)
Flo Tournment Rosters (no alternates listed, 1 wrestler per weight class) Due via Flo Online: Mon. Feb. 16, 2026 between 6:00am and 8:00pm (Please run your team's final seed report from Flo no earlier than 6:00am Mon. Feb. 16, 2026.)
Girls State Championship Entries Due in Flo Online: Mon. Feb. 16, 2026 by 8:00pm (1 entry per weight class per team - NO weight class changes following submission)
